Appointments cancelled/rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance are subject to a (50%) fee from the services you request.
We give a 15 min late courtesy to all customers but out of respect the following appointment time anything over 15 minutes is considered a no show. We are trying to be respectful of everyone’s time and we thank you for understanding.
Alebrijes Nails and Spa is a service business, so we don’t offer any refunds on services. If there was an issue with your service, please let us know and we will be glad to fix it within the first 3 days.
Alebrijes Nails and Spa regrets to inform you that we cannot continue to perform your service if there are signs that a fungal infection is starting or has already occurred. To maintain a hygienic environment and adhere to State Regulation § 984, we cannot work on clients who may have the infection as the infection can easily spread. It is recommended that you consult with a doctor to ensure the proper care is taken. The staff at Posh and Polished are more than happy to have you back once it is all cleared up. Alebrijes Nails and Spa gift cards and gift certificates may not be returned and should be treated like cash. They cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, but they never expire. They cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.
